A Warm Welcome
The aim of the project is to support clients who are vulnerable and those with mental health needs. People who are unable to live on their own because they require support to maintain a tenancy and a safe home environment.
Our project is called Diaspora Lodge Supporting People Limited working with people in an each one teach one approach to achieve their goals, empowering them to take control of their life and live in the local community. Supporting people age 18-70 years old, helping to enrich their lives with positive role modelling, encouragement and support.

Why Supported Accommodation?
We are a supported living service provider with a difference! We believe every person deserves the right to live, learn and develop at their own pace in a place they can call theirs. We therefore encourage, empower and support people with any disability who want to live in their own space, develop their life skills and increase their independence.
Diaspora Lodge Supporting People
Our team is made up of a mental health nurse manager and staff who has experience of supporting vulnerable clients, and those with mental health needs, by encouraging them to maintain their medication regime, support and attend medical reviews, and maintain contact with their family.
Our Services
We will provide each individual a warm welcoming homely environment, within a group living arrangement to promote comfort and well-being. Private bedrooms and flats with 24-hour on-site supervision and support for enhanced safety and care.
We offer person centred care to vulnerable people living in Croydon, Bromley and the Lewisham area and other surrounding boroughs. Working in conjunction with our partners SmartSpace Property Solutions.
Our Individualised Approach
Each client will have an individual care plan to support their needs which will be reviewed over a 3 – 6 monthly basis, at which point client needs could be step up or reduced as required. We will be working in collaboratively with client placing team to review clients and step up or down their care needs as the individual clients grow.
